  • Improves mood: depression has been associated with eating junk foods. When an individual eats healthily, he tend to be mentally and physically sound. Study has shown that 2% of the nutrients in the food you eat goes to the brain. Also, obesity and other health issues can affect one’s mood but healthy eating combats this diseases and keeps you happy.

Also eat foods that are high in fiber because it aids digestion. And drink more fluids as in water and juice daily.
